The people behind Maatz & Hontz Advisors come from the daily practice of the energy sales and trading business. When developing solutions, our mindset takes the entire operational process chain into account, which enables us to disrupt potential Silo Mentality within your organisation. We understand IT systems not as an end in itself, but as a bridge to achieve your corporate goals.
What we do
Maatz und Hontz Advisors consult well-known energy trading and sales companies in Germany and Europe concerning business and application related matters.
As a consulting partner of Previse Systems we support you in developing your future target system landscape including the corresponding business case around ChorusLink and Previse Coral. Performing a 360 degrees analysis, we are not just focusing on your existing applications, but also considering other possible standard systems as well as available apps of the entire Coral ecosystem. In the case of a dedicated app development for your company (in-house as well as outsourced development), we support you with the requirements analysis and provide the connection to the technical implementation.
Since we do not offer any technical solutions of our own, we distinguish ourselves by our neutrality.
In addition to the introduction of ChorusLink, we also implement the other individual components of the target application landscape. In doing so, we work with you to develop an optimal transition path to minimize the operational efforts of a parallel operation for your company.
