The requirement for a centralised ETRM system arose from GETEC’s strategic vision to streamline energy procurement and trading processes at group holding level, covering key services such as access to energy markets, market intelligence, energy logistics, portfolio and risk management, while ensuring compliance with various local regulations. This initiative aims to improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management and enhance GETEC’s ability to quickly adapt to changing market demands. 

The selection of Previse Systems is in line with GETEC’s mission to

The new ETRM will unify GETEC’s energy procurement operations across its platforms in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, and the Benelux region to delivering sustainable energy solutions. 

A phased implementation strategy will ensure that GETEC achieves rapid results, starting with a pilot in Switzerland and then extending to the other platforms.
